| With the development of industry 4.0,the quality,technology and manufacturing level of casting die have been greatly improved,which is closely related to the application of computer CAX technology in casting die.As an important part of heavy truck,the middle axle housing requires high mechanical performance.The research of CAX technology and seamless integration of secondary development technology and NC machining technology for casting die of middle bridge shell can greatly reduce the manufacturing cycle of die,save manufacturing cost,improve working conditions and improve the quality of castings.In this paper,the design and manufacture of casting die for heavy truck middle bridge shell in an enterprise are studied.The wide application of CAX technology and secondary development technology in casting die is discussed in detail.Firstly,the research background,bridge shell casting technology and CAX technology research status are introduced.The necessity of close connection with CAX technology in the manufacturing process of casting die for middle bridge shell is derived from secondary development technology.Secondly,the casting technology of the bridge shell in an enterprise is analyzed,and the preliminary casting technology scheme is determined by combining casting experience and relevant theoretical knowledge.The casting and casting system are designed and modeled by NX software.Then,the filling and solidification process of the middle bridge shell shell is simulated and analyzed by using Anycasting software,and the casting defects are optimized.After eliminating the defects through the final optimization scheme,NX processing module is used to process the core box parts of the middle bridge shell under the scheme.The core box is generated by a series of operations,Ssuch as rough machining,semi-finish machining and Finish machining,and CNC code is generated after processing simulation to verify the reasonableness of the tool path.Finally,based on the NC machining process of the core box,the secondary development of the core box is carried out by using NX/Open development platform,which provides important guidance for the secondary development of NC machining of other parts.es an empirical reference for secondary development of NX in other industries. |
