The spatio-temporal change and dynamic change rule in five days of some ecologic factors such as temperature,relative humidity,conc.of formaldehyde,conc.of TVOC.conc.of PM2.5,were researched by plastic house which respectively placed the plant wall with mist culture,hydroponics culture and substrate culture,in order to check their effects of purification for air pollutants by plant wall,these results show as below.1.Spatio-temporal change of some ecologic factors such as temperature was researched in space placed with different kinds of plant wall fumigated by formaldehyde,respectively.There was no significant difference of temperature at different height from the surface of three kinds plant wall with 0 cm,50 cm,and 100 cm,but the temperature of mist culture wall slightly higher than other treatments.(1)Not only at different height,but also in different time,from the surface of plant wall with 0 cm,50 cm,and 100 cm,there was significant difference of relative humidity with mist culture than with others,there was no significant difference between two plant wall with hydroponics culture and substrate culture,but higher than contrast.(2)Not only at different height,but also in different time,from the surface of plant wall with 0 cm,50 cm,and 100 cm,there was significant lower of relative humidity with mist culture than with others,there was no significant difference between the two plant walls,but respectively significant lower than contrast.(3)Not only at different height,but also in different time,from the surface of plant wall with 0 cm,50 cm,and 100 cm,there was significant lower of conc.of formaldehyde with mist culture than with others,there was no significant difference between the plant wall with substrate culture and contrast.(4)Not only at different height,but also in different time,from the surface of plant wall with 0 cm,50 cm,and 100 cm,there was significant lower of conc.of PM2.5 with mist culture than with others,there was no significant difference between the two plant wall with hydroponic plant wall and substrate culture,but were significantly lower than contrast.(5)Not only at different height,but also in different time,from the surface of plant wallwith 0 cm,50 cm,and 100 cm,there was significant lower of conc.of TVOC with mist culture and contrast than with others,respectively.2.Dynamic changes of ecological factors of three plant walls at 50 cm under formaldehyde fumigation in five days(1)The temperature of mist culture plant wall was slightly higher than that of other plant walls,followed by CK,hydroponic culture plant walls and substrate culture plant walls by formaldehyde fumigation for five days.(2)Relative humidity of mist culture plant wall was higher than that of other treatments,but there was no significant difference between hydroponic culture plant wall and substrate culture plant wall by formaldehyde fumigation for five days.(3)There was certain ability to purify formaldehyde by three kinds of plant walls,but there was lower concentration of formaldehyde,the best and the most stable purification effect with mist culture plant wall than with other treatments.(4)There was certain ability to absorb TVOC by three kinds of plant walls,but there was lower concentration of TVOC,the best and the most stable absorption effect with mist culture plant wall than with other treatments.(5)There was certain ability to absorb PM2.5 by three kinds of plant walls,but there was lower concentration of PM2.5,the best purification effect with mist culture plant wall than with other treatments.Comparing the change regulation of some ecological factors for different plant walls,it was found that the best time to purify pollutants was in the morning,and the best space was0 cm away from 100 cm to 150 cm high from the surface of plant walls.There was purification effect for all three plant walls,but there was significantly higher purifying effect with mist culture plant wall than that of with other plant walls.Single factor comparative experiment design method was used.The physiological dynamic changes of Scindapsus aureu which cultured in a space with different plant wall such as mist culture,hydroponics culture and substrate culture under stress of formaldehyde for four days.The results show as below.The chlorophyll contents and chlorophyll a/b value of S.aureu cultivated with mist culture plant wall was higher than with hydroponics culture and with substrate culture,the relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content of three kinds of plant wall,were increased with the increase of formaldehyde stress time,respectively.There was highest of relativeconductivity and malondialdehyde content for plant wall with substrate culture,but the lowest with mist culture.It may give a conclusion that there was significantly different of tolerance to formaldehyde for S.aureu which cultured in three kinds plant wall,the strongest was gotten by the plant wall with mist culture,but the weakest with substrate culture.
