Hydrogen is an important reducing agent and new energy source.It is widely used in various fields of national economy and has great prospects.Hydrogen is used as the main reduction protection gas in the production process of the steel plant,especially in the cold rolled plate.Shougang Jingtang Steel Corp prepares hydrogen by the method of "Pressure swing adsorption method for coke oven gas" for using in the cold rolling production line,by using the coke oven gas produced in the process of producing coke in the internal coking operation department of the iron and steel plant.Along with the improvement of hydrogen production process and the changement of product requirement,the requirement of automatic control system for pressure swing adsorption hydrogen production plant is gradually increasing.In the back ground of pressure swing adsorption hydrogen production device of the hydrogen production unit of pressure swing adsorption gas plant of Shougang Jingtang Steel Corp,this paper studies and improves the control process of hydrogen by pressure swing adsorption.Proposes a fuzzy control method for temperature and pressure,designs and develops a control system based on SIEMENS S7-400H system architecture,realizes the monitoring and control of pressure swing adsorption process.(1)This paper introduces the development status of hydrogen production technology,describes the process flow and operation status of pressure swing adsorption process for hydrogen production in detail.Analyzes the process flow of pressure swing adsorption process in detail.Studies the control of desorption temperature and pressure of adsorption tower in pretreatment process,researches controlling objects,analysis controlling difficulties.(2)The pressure control process of pressure swing adsorption pretreatment temperature and adsorption tower is more complicated,and it has the characteristics of nonlinear,time-varying parameters and lag.This paper uses the method of combining fuzzy control and PID control.It combines the PID control which algorithm is relatively simple,high reliability and stable state error and fuzzy control which characteristics are good flexibility and good robustness.Then,fuzzy-PID controller is designed and developed,which makes the temperature and pressure’s pressure swing adsorption come true.This system is stable and reliable since to be put into used,and its automation control effect has good performance.This system can improve the production efficiency,reduce the running cost and labor intensity,and also obtain the remarkable economic and social benefits.
