As the EPC mode is relatively traditional project organization mode,less work of the coordination,more clear of work division,less risk of management,more and more owners are recognized and adopted.Especially metallurgy construction project has the characteristics of high investment,large scale,high level of technology,a large number of construction units,long construction period,more and more metallurgy enterprises start to adopt EPC mode of construction.The original Metallurgical Design Institute to adapt to the development of the situation,but also the business focus from the simple engineering design to the EPC model.A wide variety of metallurgical engineering,special different,the project management of the project put forward higher requirements,this paper mainly for the introduction of equipment management functions of the EPC project schedule management is analyzed.Firstly,this paper describes the development status of domestic and international project management,and introduces the related theory of project management and schedule management.On the basis of this,combined with the actual operation of the A company EPC project,this paper expounds the application of project management theory in detail.Mainly including the relevant content of the project schedule and control.First introduced the A company’s high-quality wire rod production line EPC project overview and organizational model,organizational structure.Then this paper introduces the content of the process plan and the method of optimization of project schedule.Using the tool such as critical path and work time estimation,profiting the schedule of the master plan and design,procurement and construction schedule.By the same time,analyze the influencing factors of the process schedule.In the process of project implementation,collect the actual progress status,analyze the collected data,compared with the progress vanguard line method and Gantt chart tracking method plans,take effective measures to ensure the implementation of schedule by dynamic detection and adjustment method.Finally,according to the characteristics of the project and the progress of the control of the actual problem analysis and put forward a targeted solution.Hope this paper can give a reference to the A company’s high-quality wire rod production line EPC project schedule management,and to provide some reference for the similar engineering technology companies and related organizations to organize the project.
