Research On The Project Schedule And Control Of Iron Oxide Red Production Center

Baosteel Iron and steel industry,the size of the continuous expansion,bringing the total amount of renewable resources.And how to deal with a large number of renewable resources,and become an important environmental issues.Baosteel,the development of circular economy is an important part of red iron oxide,zinc dross in the magnetic material use,completely solve these renewable resources has become a burden to the environment.This paper decomposed work through WBS method in the Baosteel Iron Oxide Red Project.Based on clarified project organizations and responsibilities of departments,we analyze the key paths of the project through Gantt charts and network planning figures,and refine the progress control plan of the key paths.On the basis of cost and quality,we conduct effective controls over the progress plan with useful project management tools,measures and scientific management methods.We analyze common problems of progress plans in a project,and raise measures by scheduling meetings,controlling the progress in each stage,enforcing examinations and assessment on the key paths,improving communication mechanisms to ensure the overall project progress.In addition,measures like corporation regulations,contract restrictions and effective rewards and punishments ensures further that the project progress is under control.In the practice of Baosteel Iron Oxide Red Project,the paper fully examine and verify the above project management and progress control theories and methods,and get expected refinements.
