With the improvement of people's living standard,the requirement of knitted products is becoming higher and higher.Textile machinery,as a tool of production,has attracted people's attention.With the continuous combination and mutual penetration of modern mechanical and electronic technology,the degree of Mechatronics is getting higher and higher.Needle selector,as the actuator of needle selection system of jacquard circular machine,is the key energy conversion device of the system.It can be said that the performance of needle selector directly affects the quality of the products produced by the spinning machine,which is also the focus and research point of this paper.In this article,the piezoelectric ceramic needle selector is taken as the research object.Firstly,the positive and negative piezoelectric effects of piezoelectric materials and piezoelectric equation of piezoelectric ceramics are discussed to study the basic driving principle of needle selector tool head.Then,the mechanical model of bending deformation of piezoelectric ceramic wafer under tension and contraction is established.The bending process of piezoelectric ceramic driving wafer under stress is analyzed,and the bending principle and the influencing factors of bending displacement are explored.The equivalent mechanical model of the piezoelectric ceramic blade driving tool head is established,and the motion characteristics of the needle selector tool head are analyzed.Then,the bending of piezoelectric ceramic wafer driven by voltage and the equivalent model of piezoelectric ceramic tool head are established in ANSYS.It is simulated and analyzed by piezoelectric method,and different parameter dimensions are set for comparative analysis to explore the law of piezoelectric simulation.And it is compared with the theoretical research to verify.Finally,on the basis of the theory and Simulation of piezoelectric ceramic needle selector,a simple needle selector driving test system is developed to test the piezoelectric ceramic needle selector in this paper.The development of the test system includes the design of human-computer interaction interface,the communication between host computer and slave computer,and the configuration of some basic functions.Real-time control and experimental test needle selector can be realized in this tester system,and the theory and simulation discussed above are verified by experiments.The simulation and experimental results of bending displacement of piezoelectric ceramics show that the piezoelectric ceramics actuator is feasible and can meet the requirements of needle selector.The experimental results are basically consistent with the theoretical calculation and analysis.
