With the development of the times,the degree of intellectualization is getting higher and higher.The textile industry also keeps pace with the times,upgrades and reforms textile machinery,and develops in the direction of high efficiency,high quality and intellectualization.The circular weft machine has the characteristics of less working procedure,high output and strong product adaptability,so it has the characteristics of high efficiency.The key to improve the efficiency and intelligence level of circular weft machine is to optimize various electronic devices.As a key component,the performance of electronic needle selector device is an important parameter to determine the performance of circular weft machine.Therefore,it has certain theoretical and practical significance to analyze and test the performance of the needle selector,which is the core component of the electronic needle selector.Firstly,the classification of electromagnetic needle selector is introduced,and the structure characteristics and working principle of each needle selector are compared and analyzed.The characteristics of semi-magnetic magnetic core suitable for high-speed needle selector are drawn.Using Ansys as a tool of numerical analysis,the simulation model of the magnetic latching needle selector was set up.Under the pulse voltage,to get the simulation results that the fitting parametric curves of the swing stroke and torque vs action time of the needle selector,and the rationality of the simulation model was verified by setting up a static moment test platform and real-time swing displacement experiment.Furthermore,the influence of remanence and coercivity on the performance of the needle selector in the hysteresis loop characteristics of the semi-hard magnetic core,which are the key components of the needle selector,is explored.On the other hand,starting from the driving parameters,the influence factors of driving voltage and pulse width on needle selector performance are analyzed by comprehensive experimental method,and the optimal solution is obtained,which provides a reference for the setting of actual parameters.Secondly,from the angle of reducing the energy consumption of the circular weft machine,the energy consumption of the electrically maintained electromagnetic needle selector and the magnetically maintained electromagnetic needle selector is compared and analyzed according to the specific pattern.The pattern data are parsed into needle selection files by using the self-made plate making software in the laboratory,and then the actual working time of two types of electromagnetic needle selector is counted by needle selection data.Taking 1800 TJNB doublesided jacquard machine as an example,it is concluded that when the total number of pattern points is fixed and the number of needle selection changes is less than 5/12 pattern points,the magnetic retaining needle selector is more energy-saving,and a new type of fabric is proposed.Reasonable selection method of electromagnetic needle selector type.Finally,a reliability testing device of needle selector based on STM32 is designed.Combining with the man-machine interface written in Qt,distributed control is adopted through CAN bus to detect the fault of needle selector knife head before installation,so as to improve the stability and reliability of circular weft machine.
