| With the rapid development of science and technology in China and the gradual improvement of people’s living standards,fires caused by electrical equipment occur from time to time,and people have put forward higher requirements for electrical fire monitoring systems.How to effectively detect electrical fires and reduce the occurrence of electrical fires has become the focus of today’s society for safe use of electricity.This paper discusses the design method and overall scheme of the wireless electrical fire alarm system based on wavelet analysis method to detect fault arcs,based on the temperature and residual current detection methods,and through the research and analysis of the development status of electrical fires and the functional requirements of the system.The system mainly consists of electrical fire detectors and monitoring hosts,and the detectors and monitoring hosts are transmitted over long distances through NB-Io T networks.This paper firstly introduces the causes of electrical fires and the current status of domestic and international research in the field of electrical fire monitoring,describes the mechanism of fault arc generation,analyzes in detail the essential characteristics of three fault arc waveforms,clarifies the fault arc time domain and frequency domain characteristic elements and their identification methods,and refines the effective discriminatory path for fault arc generation in low-voltage distribution circuits,so as to improve the effectiveness of fault arc detection.Secondly,this paper designs the software and hardware system of fault arc detector and monitoring host.In terms of hardware system,the design of arc fault detector microcontroller MCU circuit,display board circuit,communication interface circuit,signal acquisition circuit,power supply circuit,relay driver circuit and monitoring host microcontroller MCU circuit and communication interface circuit are completed.In terms of software design,the functional design of the electrical fire arc detector is completed and the program flow chart is given.Again,this paper conducts a simulation study on the radio gas fire monitoring system based on wavelet analysis,discusses the threshold noise reduction method of the current signal,analyzes the wavelet decomposition of the signal,the threshold quantization of high frequency coefficients and wavelet reconstruction processes,uses the wdcbm function for the threshold solution and waveform noise reduction processing,the simulation waveform obtained a good noise reduction after the fault arc current waveform.On this basis,this paper discusses the fault arc detection system based on wavelet analysis method,through the acquisition of line current waveform,the use of wavelet analysis methods to obtain its high-frequency signal coefficients of each layer,selected its db4 wavelet 5 layer decomposition of high-frequency signal coefficients,through the coefficient value and its preset threshold for comparison,effectively determine the occurrence of fault arc.Finally,this paper is based on the wavelet analysis method of wireless gas fire monitoring system for fault arc action effect,wireless transmission signal stability and safety testing,the test results show that the fault arc generated when the interrupting mechanism action timely and reliable,wireless transmission signal stability,basically meet the Ministry of Health requirements of human safety standards. |
