Architecture is the foundation of human life.Fire is one of the main accidents in daily life.Since the annual casualties and property losses caused by fire are very serious,building fire is one of the main factors that pose a threat to the safety of building environment.Therefore,how to build a safe and effective building fire monitoring system becomes extremely important.The detection part of the traditional building fire monitoring system mostly adopts the wired wiring method.With the continuing complexity in the scale and structural of the building,the cabling become more difficult.In addition,the missing report as well as the false alarm caused by the interference of various environmental factors,traditional system no longer fully adapted to the fire protection requirements of current buildings.The emergence of wireless sensor network technology and multi-source information fusion technology provides a feasible solution to this problem.Concretely,starting with the need for building fire monitoring,researching on key problems existing in traditional building fire monitoring systems,and complying with the relevant national and industry standards,we propose a building fire monitoring system based on wireless sensor network,which mainly designed a wireless sensor nodes with power detection.Apart from this,We innovative the fire prediction algorithm.The main contents are as follows:(1)According to the research results of wireless sensor network and the relevant building fire protection design standards,we propose the complete architecture of the building fire monitoring system based on the wireless sensor network after analyzing the requirements of building fire detection.(2)Hardware design of wireless fire detection sensor node with battery power detection.It mainly includes the sensor module,ZigBee module,power supply module,battery powerdetection module and the circuit for downloading the debugging module.The professional design software of Altium Designer version 16 is used to detect the circuit schematic and design PCB.Finally,we manufacture the wireless sensor nodes and test.(3)Software design of wireless fire detection sensor nodes.It mainly includes the software design of the coordinator node,routing node,battery power detection module and sensor module.(4)Research on the fire prediction algorithm based on the multi-sensor data fusion technology.Aiming at the problem of the network randomness of the extreme learning machine algorithm(ELM),the particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is introduced to optimize the relevant parameters of ELM.The experiment results demonstrate that the PSO-ELM algorithm significantly improves the accuracy of the fire prediction.The research results show that the ZigBee wireless sensor network fire detection node added the battery power detection module can achieve the real-time management of the node power as well as improve the stability and reliability of the remote fire detection node operation effectively.The ELM optimized by PSO can greatly improve the accuracy of the fire prediction and make the work of the building fire monitoring system more effective.
