Because of the serious pollution of surface water resources caused by human production and living,the situation of our country's lack of water resources is more serious.Therefore,strengthening water quality monitoring plays a vital role in water environmental protection,water pollution control and water environmental health maintenance.The water quality monitoring has the characteristics of scattered pollution points and many detections.Compared with wired online monitoring,wireless mobile network online monitoring has the advantages of easy installation,less impact by environment and distance,low wiring construction cost and high network bandwidth.While guaranteeing high-speed data transmission,it still has the characteristics of good real-time,strong stability,wide coverage,simple and flexible networking,which is the preferred way of remote monitoring in the new generation.Based on the background of water quality parameter detection and combined with the requirement of remote monitoring of water quality parameters of ozone generator sewage treatment equipment developed by our laboratory independently,I design an embedded water quality parameter acquisition module with Exynose 4412 as the core board.The water quality parameters are sent to remote MySQL database for storage by using the 4G mobile network module,to facilitate the follow-up analysis of water quality data and development of remote monitoring interface.At the same time,considering the diversity of the actual demand for module performance and the cost problem,a low-cost sewage treatment measure and control module based on STM32 is designed to meet the user needs with low test performance requirements.Based on the hardware and software design of the measurement and control module,the application of model-free adaptive control algorithm in sewage treatment is explored.The process of nonlinear and time-varying pH value was selected as the control object,compared with the classical PID control algorithm,the merits and demerits of model-free adaptive control algorithm in pH value neutralization reaction were studied by simulation.Automatic code generation technology has many advantages,such as high efficiency,good consistency,convenient development,etc.This topic also explores the method of using the simulink coder of MATLAB to generate embedded application program quickly.Using the simulink coder of MATLAB to generate STM32 applications and download successfully,verified the feasibility of this method.
