Urban Intelligent Waste Cleaning Machine Design Based On The SET Analysis

The continuous progress of science and technology has made people’s demands on the living environment more and more high,and the health problems of the urban public living environment have become increasingly prominent.At present,the Environmental Protection equipment in public places is relatively backward,and there are problems such as unstable cleaning power,low intelligence,and relatively large manpower consumption.Therefore,it is very necessary to innovate and design environmental protection equipment to establish a new human-computer interaction experience.The intelligent garbage cleaning machine is a machine that can automatically clean the ground and freely move smart garbage collection in public places.It mainly performs various functions through induction systems,cleaning systems,and motion systems.In the future urban public health will have a wide range of applications.Taking the intelligent garbage cleaning machine as the research object,this paper analyzes the social(S)economic(E)technology(T)factors of products by using the SET analysis method to understand the current social environment,economic development trends,and related technical levels of environmental protection equipment in public places.To find out the product opportunity gap,use the dynamic integration of the pre-product design research method,find out the intelligent garbage cleaning machine design elements,and then summarize the product design guidelines;The results will be quantified in the form of icon data,and the user’s needs will be determined through the analysis of user survey data to determine the product function.Using ergonomics human parameters as design reference,the product structure is refined,and the research results are applied to product design to complete the design and practice of urban intelligent garbage cleaning machine.This paper will establish a new human-computer interaction experience forthe public life of important public places in the city through the design of intelligent garbage cleaning machine.To make up for the shortage of existing sanitary equipment products,combine existing science and technology with traditional cleaning tools,liberate human hands,adapt to modern lifestyles,realize the intellectualization and interactivity of cleaning equipment in public places,and fill the gap of intelligent public health equipment.
