Study On Ecological Security Evaluation And Mutual Influence Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

The development of society is always accompanied by the demand and consumption of material.Now the society is in a stage of rapid development,resources and environment consumption fast,and the power of development and utilization is increasing.The problem of entire ecosystem's disturbance and destruction is critical.As an important area of China's economic development,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei's ecological security issues have occurred up to the national strategic level.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the ecological security evaluation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei based on the theory of ecological security.Based on the pressure-state-response conceptual model,this paper first constructed the urban ecological security evaluation index system for 13 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan region.Then we used entropy weight and matter element model to determine each cities' ecological security status;at the same time,in order to study its dynamic development trend,we using projection pursuit model to obtain the specific evaluation of ecological security in from 2006 to 2014;finally,in order to analyze the interaction between the different regions,using the gravity model to estimate the influence of each cities'ecological security.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the ecological security situation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is severe at present:13 regions,only Zhangjiakou and Chengde being at the ? level,Beijing and Qinhuangdao City,being at the ? level;Tianjin and Changzhou two city being at the ? level;the remaining 7 cities are at the level below ?;(2)in the long term,the development of ecological security in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is also not optimistic.At the nine years between 2006 and 2014,more than half of the 13 regions are generally in a downward trend:Beijing,Tianjin,Shijiazhuang,Qinhuangdao,Baoding,Cangzhou,Langfang,and the decline rate is relatively high in the year 2011;after 2012,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has the tendency to gather,and the polarization of security the safety area is more obvious.(3)from the point of area influence,in the year between 2006 and 2014,Qinhuangdao,Zhangjiakou,Chengde has continued positive impact;Tianjin,Tangshan,Shijiazhuang has continued negative impact;from the regional development environment,Tangshan has been positively influenced in the development of ecological security and Langfang has been negatively influenced.
