With the rapid development of internet technology,the digital construction of oil-gas field in China has made significant progress.However,the problems of data collection and transmission of remote and single wells in oil-gas fields have not yet been solved.In order to resolve the above problems,this dissertation designed a wellhead wireless instruments data transmission system that worked in oil-gas fields and based on LoRaWAN protocol.The aim of this system is to achieve long communicaton distance and low power consumption of data transmission and resolve the digitization problems of remote and single wells in oil-gas fields.First of all,the dissertation studied the LoRaWAN protocol,introduced the network architecture and application scenarios and detailed explaiined the structure and fiunction of physical layer,MAC layer and application layer of LoRaWAN protocol.Secondly,detailed described the hardware design of the wellhead wireless instruments data transmission system;including the overall design of hardware,the design of LoRaWAN wireless module and LoRaWAN module debug board.This system maximized the signal comaunication distance without losing the performance of the module and ensuring the low power consurqption by using LoRa modulation technology,so the system achieved long distance and low power consumption of signal transmission in the hardware design.After that,detailed explanation the software design of the wellhead wireless instruments data transmission system,including the overall design of software,the design of driver,protocol stack migration and MSP platform configuration.This system transplanted the LoRaWAN protocol stack that based on the STM32L152CCT6 controller and the FreeRTOS kernel,and tailored the unused mechanism in the protocol stack,which saved the resources of the MCU in the software design.Finally,carried out the connectivity testing and function testing of the wellhead wireless instruments data transmission system,including the communication distance,power consunption and communmication efficiency of this system,analyzed the test results and obtained the optimal deploynment radius in the end.The experimental result showed that the system achieved the long communication distance and low power consumption of wireless instruments data transmission and solved the data collection and transmission problems of remote and single wells in oil-gas fields,and basically completed the initial design goals.
