| With the rapid development of water transport economy,the role of waterway transport in the water transport economy is becoming more and more important.With the development of the Yangtze River Economic Zone as the main force,waterway transportation gives full play to its advantages of large volume,low cost,less pollution and low energy consumption.At the same time,the pressure of navigation safety on waterway is also increasing.As an important part of the development of water transport economy in Anhui Province,Anhui section of the main waterway of Huaihe River is also constantly facing the challenges brought by the development of water transport.Navigation safety is the most important thing in waterway transport,which is related to the safety of life and property.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the impact of waterway navigation safety.In this paper,through summing up the research results of previous scholars,drawing lessons from the experience of large-scale engineering projects and consulting experts’ opinions,combining with the actual situation of waterway transportation,the index system of influencing factors of navigation safety is constructed.The evaluation model of waterway navigation safety is established by using the method of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and the model is validated by taking the Anhui section of the main waterway of Huaihe River as an example.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the paper puts forward substantive suggestions on navigation safety of Anhui section of Huaihe mainstream waterway.This study is based on the reality,from the perspective of the waterway management department and maritime department,to provide reference opinions and theoretical basis for decision-making to improve the navigation safety of Anhui section of the main waterway of Huaihe River.In addition,the model built in this paper can also provide reference for the navigation safety evaluation of other waterways. |
