With the rapid development of economy and society,the demand for heating is increasing day by day.However,as far as the existing heating modes are concerned,there are a series of problems such as low automation,poor heating effect and low energy utilization.Therefore,it is urgent to establish an effective heating automation monitoring system.In view of a series of problems that existed in the traditional heating methods,based on the previous studies,the study puts forward an intelligent monitoring method.The plate oil heat exchanger and the heat pump unit are used to treat the oil production sewage,and combined with PLC,KEPServerEX and the upper computer to complete the intelligent monitoring of the waste water heating of the oil production sewage.The technical points are mainly reflected in three aspects: First,the secondary network water supply temperature is maintained near the set value.In order to achieve effective control of temperature,the fuzzy PID is used to simulate the temperature of the secondary network.The electric regulating valve is designed to be linked with the primary side of the plate heat exchanger,and the flow rate of the sewage in the pipe network is controlled by changing the opening degree of the valve,thereby controlling the temperature of the secondary network.The second is the control of the pressure of the heating pipe network.When the pressure of the pipe network is unbalanced due to the running,rushing,dripping,leaking of the pipe and the leakage of the heating water or the maintenance of the water by the residents,the frequency of the water pump is adjusted to control the heating pipe network.The sewage flow rate achieves the balance of the pressure at the constant pressure point.The third is the design of the sewage waste heat heating monitoring system.The monitoring system is mainly composed of various sensors,PLC and host computer,and through the third-party driver software KEPServerEX,the data communication between the PLC and the host computer force control is completed,and the intelligent monitoring of the waste water heating system of the oil production sewage is realized.it is very scalable,and can effectively reduce the development cycle of the system.Since the heating system of this subject has been put into production,the monitoring system has been running steadily,and the effective control of field equipment has been realized.The main innovations mainly include the following three aspects:(1)Using heat pump technology + plate heat exchanger heating process and fuzz PID trol algorithm,the efficiency of waste heat heating is effectively improved.(2)The replenishment pump is controlled by frequency conversion and constant pressure,which can effectively solve the problem of maintaining the balance of the pressure of the water supply and return pipe network when the pressure of the pipe network changes due to the water loss of the heating system,in order to make the heating system has better adaptability and stable heating effect.(3)An intelligent heating monitoring system based on PLC is designed,which can greatly reduce the number of manual site patrols and achieve unattended and automatic temperature control.
