Nowadays,with the rapid development of science,technology and economy in the world,the demand for industrial gases such as oxygen,nitrogen and argon in all walks of life has increased dramatically,and the consumption of gases has also increased,making the scale of air separation equipment continue to develop towards large-scale.Air separation equipment belongs to high energy consumption equipment.The energy consumption of air separation equipment in China is very large every year,accounting for 65%~80% of the cost of air separation equipment.Through reasonable means to improve the energy utilization rate of equipment and reduce the energy consumption of equipment operation,the economic benefits of enterprises can be significantly improved.In this paper,the low-temperature distillation air separation production equipment is taken as the research object,the air separation process and the functions of each equipment are introduced in detail,and the main energy-consuming equipment and its energy consumption factors in the production process are analyzed.Based on the actual production and operation data of equipment under different conditions in recent years,the improvement of process flow,optimization of operation mode and control optimization of main parameters are studied.Through theoretical calculation and production practice to search for the best operating state of air separation equipment to achieve the effect of energy-saving optimization of the system.Through the analysis of the energy of air separation system,the principle of energy saving and the best way of energy saving are explored.Finally,the automation technology of air separation control system is studied,the principle and control scheme of automation control under different processes are analyzed,and the automatic load-changing technology of air separation system is systematically studied.Through automatic control optimization,the best energy-saving effect is achieved.
