In recent years,with the rapid development of new energy vehicles,China's new energy vehicles are currently leading the world in terms of production and sales.Battery is the core component of new energy vehicles.The quality of batteries determines the performance of new energy vehicles.The difficulty of new energy vehicle battery technology is concentrated in the two aspects of poor conductivity and weak endurance.The new energy power storage ultra-transparent ion membrane is a special nano-scale polymer film that forms a microporous layer and is placed in the positive(+)pole of the battery.Between the negative(-)pole,it provides an indispensable fast channel for the ionic charge,which improves the conductivity and endurance of the battery.Nowadays,the production of new energy power storage ultra-transparent ion membranes on the market is mostly manual operation,and the degree of automation is low.In order to improve the automation level of the entire production line,the ionic membrane intelligent molding system developed and designed in PLC,MCGS and various sensing technologies With the cooperation of the automatic production,the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system designed to detect and diagnose the on-site conditions in real time,so that the efficiency of producing ion membranes is improved.The research background and significance of ionic membrane intelligent molding manufacturing system was introduced,research level and development status at home and abroad,and analyzes the control process of ionic membrane intelligent molding in detail,making full use of PLC network control,PID temperature control,servo drive,fault Advanced technologies such as diagnosis have determined the overall structure of the ion-membrane intelligent molding system and the overall design of the remote monitoring system.According to the actual processing control requirements of ionic membrane,the ionic membrane intelligent forming machine was designed and designed.The Solidworks 3D solid model of ionic membrane intelligent forming machine was established.Using the current automatic control technology,the intelligent forming machine PPI based on PLC and MCGS touch screen was studied.The network control system,the preparation of PLC control program,MCGS touch screen human-machine interface design,servo drive design,encoder and sensor selection and installation wiring,on-site debugging of the control system.The remote monitoring system adopts GPRS wireless communication,and studies the principle of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis reasoning algorithm.The remote fault diagnosis software of intelligent forming machine is designed by using Kingview software,andonline diagnosis can be realized under the control of fault diagnosis system.Detect and diagnose abnormalities in the ion-membrane molding machine control system,such as servo drive failure and transmission damage.On-site debugging of the ion membrane intelligent molding automatic production line,the molding system can effectively complete the operation of quilting,coating,drying and shaping,the membrane forming quality and membrane forming efficiency are greatly improved,and the touch screen control interface is easy to operate.The utility model can effectively improve the practicality of the ion membrane intelligent forming system,and the real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis function of the ion-exchange membrane processing system can effectively ensure the reliable operation of the equipment and improve the safety,It laid the foundation for the design and research of the subsequent ion membrane forming system.
