Research On The Decision-making Of Miners’ Intentional Violation Behavior From The Perspective Of Behavioral Economics

Coal is an important energy material and plays an important role in China’s economic development.Although the safety situation of coal mines in China has improved year by year,there is still a big gap compared with developed countries such as the United States.The intentional violation of miners is an important cause of coal mine safety production accidents.By exploring the factors that induce miners’ intentional violations,and finding out the influence of these factors on the decision of miners’ intentional violations,scientific and rational development of miners’ safety education and training work is effective.It is of great practical significance to prevent and control deliberate violations and improve the safety level of frontline workers.It is of great practical significance to improve the overall safety production level of coal mines and reduce safety accidents.Based on the literature combing and research methods,this paper screens the factors affecting the deliberate violation behavior of miners.From the perspective of behavioral economics theory,these factors are classified according to preference structure,belief characteristics and situational factors.From the perspectives of individual preference,self-confidence level,work willpower,and demonstration of violations,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of intentional violation decision-making during the underground operation of miners,and constructs the dynamic model of miner’s intentional violation decision-making system from different angles,using vensim software simulation.The dynamic impact of various influencing factors on the deliberate violation of miners is analyzed.The results show that safety supervision has a significant effect on the level of confidence of miners;safety propaganda and safety education have long-term effects on the improvement of miners’ preferences and willpower;Safety supervision has a significant effect on the immediate effect of miners’ illegal tendency,and the role of safety education requires a certain amount of time to accumulate.The intentional violation of the miners is influenced by many factors,and the mechanism of action of each influencing factor is different.Therefore,in the safety management process of coal mines,according to the specific situation of coal mine safety status,comprehensive consideration should be given to the various factors of the intentional violation of miners.Security management program.
