Research On Optimization Of Enterprise Safety Investment On The View Of Behavioral Economics

In recent years,China attaches more and more importance to the safe production of construction enterprises.However,due to the influence of various factors,there are still safety accidents in the production process.By analyzing the causes of various safety accidents,it can be seen that the frequent occurrence of construction accidents is closely related to the imperfect safety management.Safety input is an important link of enterprise safety production structure.The cognition and behavior of enterprise decision-making management towards safety input and management work affect safety output and its performance level to a certain extent.The study of the relationship between safety input and performance from the perspective of behavioral economics can clarify the influence of psychological factors of decision-making management on safety input and management,and help to further improve the safety management system and accident prevention and control mechanism.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:Firstly,with the aid of data envelopment analysis,the existing problems of safety investment and safety performance of construction enterprises are studied.Combined with the actual situation of construction enterprise safety investment and production activities,establish a safety input,safety performance evaluation index system,USES the data envelopment analysis of construction enterprise safety input and safety performance evaluation of the output results show that the safety of construction enterprises in China,performance overall input,but also has certain problem,safety input and output efficiency is the cause of poor safety investment configuration is not reasonable and safety investment is too large.Secondly,based on the analysis of the theory of behavioral economics and construction enterprise safety input,safety performance evaluation results,select the psychology of the risk aversion and regret to study enterprise decision-making management psychological characteristics,and introduced to the safety investment,the factors affecting the safety performance of the model,through the design of the related scale and questionnaire survey data,with the aid of AMOS software builds structural equation model to analyze the psychological factors influence on safety input,safety performance process.The results show that there is a direct positive correlation between risk aversion and regret and safety investment and safety performance,and there is a positive correlation between safety investment and safety performance.The relationship between enterprise decision management and safety input and safety performance is indeed the theoretical basis for the system dynamics model of construction enterprise safety performance.Finally,the priority of safety investment in construction enterprises is studied by means of system dynamics method.By determining the variables and mathematical equations of the system,the influence of risk aversion and regret on the safety investment of construction enterprises is considered,and the SD model of safety investment and safety performance is built and simulated.On the basis of simulation,the influence coefficient of psychological factors on the growth rate of safety investment was changed,and the priority order of safety investment was determined.The output results of the model show that personnel safety input has the largest effect on system safety performance,followed by safety management input,and equipment and facilities input and safety technology input have the smallest effect on system safety performance.Then combining with the cobb-douglas production function,the structural proportion of each safety input is determined,and the rationality of this configuration is verified by the data envelope-analysis,so as to achieve the goal of enterprise safety production.Through the above research,the priority of safety investment in construction enterprises and the optimization of structure configuration are clarified.Therefore,the research on safety investment from the perspective of behavioral economics can help construction enterprises improve safety management mechanism and effectively prevent and control accidents.
