Unsafe behaviour is the main cause of accidents.As the main part of unsafe behavior,intentional unsafe behavior is affected by many factors.Among them,personality traits and behavioral payoff are the key factors that affect intentional unsafe behavior,and can predict the frequency of intentional unsafe behavior to a certain extent.To explore the influence of personality traits and behaviour payoff on the occurrence of intentional unsafe behaviours of workers and safety supervisors,and then control the occurrence of intentional unsafe behaviours,reduce accidents,the theory of big five personality traits and game is used to study and analyze.The main contents of the study are as follows:(1)To collect quantitative data such as personality traits,behavioural payoff and frequency of intentional unsafe behaviours,the quality table,behavioural payoff questionnaire and intentional unsafe behaviours measurement questionnaire were revised and compiled using theoretical analysis.(2)Using SPSS software,combined with the data collected from the survey,this paper constructs a regression model of the scores of five big five personality traits of workers and safety supervisors-the frequency of intentional unsafe behaviours,and analyzes the impact of personality traits on intentional unsafe behaviours.(3)This paper systematically analyzes and lists the possible game returns and equilibrium results in the actual production of the enterprise,and simulates the game process from three angles of a traditional game,ordinary evolutionary game and evolutionary game under strong stimulation,combining with MATLAB software,and analyzes the impact of behavioural payoff on intentional unsafe behaviours.(4)Based on the data of personality traits,behaviour payoff and frequency of intentional unsafe behaviours of workers and safety supervisors in an enterprise,comparing the differences between personality trait method and behaviour payoff method in predicting simulation results and actual situations,analyzing the reasons,and drawing conclusions and suggestions.The main conclusions and achievements of the study are as follows:(1)According to BFFP-CAS-S version of big five quality scale,the BFFP-CAS-SW scale for enterprise employees is revised and compiled,which has good reliability,validity and applicability.(2)The regression model of the score of big five personality traits-the frequency of intentional unsafe behaviours was constructed.It was found that the scores of conscientiousness,neuroticism and agreeableness were significantly correlated with the frequency of intentional unsafe behaviours of workers,and the scores of conscientiousness,neuroticism and extraversion were significantly correlated with the frequency of intentional unsafe behaviours of safety supervisors.(3)By analyzing the actual conditions of safety production,it is found that the actual evolutionary games of enterprises can be divided into 6 categories and 10 types(4)Changing the behaviour payoff of the same type of game can shorten or prolong the evolution process of the game,increase or reduce the proportion of some behaviour strategy adopted by the group;in the security management game of the same revenue situation,the process and result of the game with better initial behaviour probability are also better.(5)Strong stimulation can quickly change the behavioural payoff of the game and reduce the probability of intentional restless behaviours,but this effect will decline with time.With the return of the game returning to the initial level,only in the case of the sixth kind of payoff can both sides maintain the change of behaviour probability.Enterprises should stimulate regularly according to the law of incentive fading or set up a reasonable security incentive mechanism to ensure the long-term return of game behaviour.(6)The empirical results show that the behavioural method is more accurate than the personality method in predicting the intentional unsafe behaviours of workers,and the personality method is more accurate than the behavioural method in predicting the intentional unsafe behaviours of safety supervisors.(7)To reduce the occurrence of intentional unsafe behaviours,enterprises can change the personality characteristics of workers and safety supervisors through subjective will building,feasible psychological suggestion,behaviour habit cultivation,environmental scenario stimulation,etc.;change the behaviour earnings of workers and safety supervisors through positive reinforcement incentive,negative reinforcement incentive,punishment and elimination,etc.
