Analysis And Optimization Of Remanufacturing Blank Pretreatment Process Based On Surface Quality Requirements

Remanufacturing can greatly alleviate the pressure of waste machinery products on the urban environment,turn waste machinery products into "urban mines",maximize the value of waste machinery products,and realize the reuse of resources and energy.The surface pretreatment of the remanufacturing is a key link in the process of the blank remanufacturing and it is the basis of the subsequent processes such as detection and classification、remanufacturing and repair and remanufacturing and assembly.Common surface pretreatment processes are mostly used in the field of forward manufacturing.Because the surface contaminants of remanufactured blanks have the characteristics of large quantity,many types and uncertain distribution of state,whether they are suitable for reverse manufacturing(remanufacturing)is still uncertain.Surface pretreatment processes which are not guided by the follow-up process of remanufacturing are liable to result in poor surface pretreatment effect in remanufacturing or complex pretreatment process,such as redundancy and other issues.Therefore,this paper carries out the requirement analysis of surface quality of blank pretreatment guided by the follow-up process of remanufacturing and establishes a multi-objective optimization model of surface pretreatment process of blank based on the requirement of surface quality of remanufacturing pretreatment.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,according to the existing analysis methods for surface contaminants of remanufactured blanks,analyze the composition and characteristics of surface contaminants of shell-type blanks.On account of the influence of surface contaminants on the subsequent remanufacturing process,the requirement of the subsequent remanufacturing process for the surface quality of remanufactured blanks is put forward.Based on the analysis of the surface quality requirement of remanufacturing pretreatment,a surface quality model for remanufacturing requirement is constructed.Secondly,through the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of single and compound pretreatment process,establish the necessity of composite pretreatment process for surface pretreatment of remanufactured blanks.In view of the difference between surface pretreatment process and forward surface pretreatment process in remanufacturing,the process parameters of basic unit of remanufacturing pretreatment process are classified and studied.The function of pretreatment process capacity and process energy consumption and process cost are obtained,and then establish the basic unit function model of remanufacturing surface pretreatment process.Based on the requirement of surface pretreatment for subsequent remanufacturing process,the basic unit optimization function model and compound pretreatment process function model of pretreatment process to meet the requirement of surface pretreatment were established.Finally,taking the cast aluminium shell as the research object and according to the surface quality requirement of remanufactured blank,a composite pretreatment process is established to meet the surface quality requirement of the follow-up process.With the help of the optimization model of remanufacturing pretreatment process,the social development demand of energy saving,high efficiency and green environmental protection of remanufacturing pretreatment is finally realized.With the help of the optimization model of remanufacturing pretreatment process and the social development demands of energy saving,finally realize high efficiency and green environmental protection of remanufacturing pretreatment.
