With the implementation of "China manufacturing 2025 strategy","One Belt And One Road",the 13th five-year development plan and the promotion of national supply-side structural reform,the Marine biology industry,has ushered in a golden opportunity period,especially the implementation of the health of China’s 2030 planning,life and health,such as Marine industry will become a new economic growth point.Ohai Group was founded in 1968,is a sea kelp Marine biological active substance as raw materials to produce products of high and new technology enterprise,group response national policy,continuous innovation and development,actively looking for transformation and upgrading.Group on deep sea,focusing on blue industry,on the basis of "Ohai " brand as the mother.increasing brand strategy and brand cultivation,further extending industrial chain of Marine organisms.This paper takes Ohai Group as the research object,with employee motivation as the research content,the research status at home and abroad were reviewed on the basis of combing inductive,through questionnaire survey,descriptive statistics and other methods,optimize the group staff incentive mechanism.First of all,the paper analyzes the transformation and upgrading of Ohai Group of ideas and the status quo of incentive mechanism,group has proposed new requirements on the transformation and upgrading of the employee incentive,respectively is material incentive mode and build the institutional innovation of enterprise culture,promote enterprise spirit incentive system;Secondly,by means of questionnaire survey,we can understand the incentive demand of employees in the transformation and upgrading of the group and the current satisfaction of incentive.The following problems are analyzed in the group’s current personnel motivation:unfair compensation distribution,single credit incentive means,unreasonable promotion channels and imperfect training system.The main cause of these problems lies in the backward idea of motivation,lack of comprehensive and effective communication and enterprise culture Then,combining with the questionnaire survey results and the problems of incentive,the optimization countermeasures include:improving the salary system and structure,including improving the fairness of remuneration and improving the competitiveness of remuneration;To build a multi-channel promotion mechanism,including setting fair and reasonable promotion standards.increasing the level of managerial posts and standardiz:ing the process of promotion;To give full play to the role of honor incentive,including attaching importance to the development of personal career and group,and increasing the means of honor incentive;Improve the training system of different’ levels,including adopting diversified training methods,enriching training contents and improving training quality;Finally,in order to guarantee the smooth implementation of the employee incentive mechanism of Ohai Group,this paper puts forward the implementation of the safeguard measures from four aspects:management idea,enterprise culture,management system and communication mechanism.It includes establishing a people-oriented management concept,creating a good corporate culture atmosphere,establishing a perfect incentive management system and improving the internal communication mechanism of multiple channels.The research in this paper is beneficial to the improvement of employees’ incentive mechanism.And guarantee the success of the transformation and upgrading of the group.At the same time,the research of this paper can provide reference for employee motivation and optimization in the transformation and upgrading of enterprises in the same industry. |
