In the current context of China’s economy facing the gradual disappearance of the demographic dividend,rising labor costs,and the long-term low-end position of the industry in the value chain and low production efficiency,human resource management for chemical companies is a great challenge.Faced with this challenge,enterprises must complete the intelligent transformation and upgrading to achieve high-quality industrial development and better implement the strategy of a strong industrial country.At present,the difficulty in the development of chemical enterprises is to achieve the rational allocation and efficient use of human resources during the intelligent transformation process of enterprises.To complete the intelligent transformation and upgrading,knowledge-based employees are at the core.This thesis takes M Chemical Company as an object to study its incentive mechanism for knowledge-based employees in the context of intelligent transformation and upgrading.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews with knowledge-based employees,it can be found that M Chemical Company has problems in terms of salary and benefits,training mechanisms,career development,and corporate culture construction.In response to these four issues,this thesis uses Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and self-determination theory as theoretical basis,combines company goals with employee goals,reform and innovation,short-term incentives with long-term incentives,fairness and justice as principles,and proposes systematic solutions from salary and benefits system,training system,career development system and corporate culture construction system.In order to ensure that these improvement measures can be smoothly implemented,this thesis also proposes three guarantee measures: organizational guarantee,financial guarantee,and corporate culture construction guarantee to improve the incentive effect of knowledge-based employees in M Chemical Company from multiple perspectives.This thesis summarizes the improvement countermeasures for the incentive mechanism of knowledge-based employees in chemical companies under the background of intelligent transformation and upgrading.It proposes corresponding improvement plans to guide enterprises to formulate incentive mechanisms for knowledge-based employees that meet their actual development needs.It also proposes corresponding guarantee measures to guide M Chemical Company to implement this incentive mechanism. |
