With the rapid development of our country's economy,our country's residents 'demand for housing is not only to satisfy the survival,but also to pursue a quality of life.The state advocates green development and builds a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society.The advantages of short cycle,low pollution,low cost,and energy conservation of the prefabricated construction are accord with the green and environmentally friendly development trend advocated by the country.Promoting the development of prefabricated construction is a must for today's society.Construction safety is the premise of ensuring the promotion of prefabricated construction.If safety problems occur repeatedly in the construction process,the prefabricated construction is difficult to carry out.Because the safety risk research of the prefabricated construction is still in its initial state,there are problems such as incomplete research content and insufficient scientific research methods.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive and scientific study on the safety risk of the prefabricated construction.This paper takes haimen apartment prefabricated phase door as an entry point,combing out the five major risk factors that affect the safety of the construction of the prefabricated:the risk factors for people,management risk factors,material risk factors,mechanical equipment risk factors and environmental risk factors.The reliability and validity of the data collected through the questionnaire will be analyzed,and the structural equation model will be introduced.The path analysis and correction model will be used to screen the key factors.Set up the system dynamics causality map,choose "the huanman risk","management risk" carry on the detailed causality analysis.Then the system dynamic flow diagram is established,the system equation is written,and the system simulation and simulation are carried out.The sensitivity of the risk factors is determined from large to small in order:the risk of kindness,the risk of management,the risk of materials and the risk of machinery and equipment.Take targeted measures to optimize qualitative and quantitative risk control.The corresponding measures are given for all risk factors.A quantitative optimization model of the safety risk and the risk of people is constructed by using mathematical planning.In the case of a total cost,a reasonable allocation of five aspects of the cost,so that the safety level to the highest.Construct the optimal risk control model of human beings,and distribute it reasonably under the constraints of human cost,so that the safety level reaches the maximum.
