With the strong support of the national and local government policy dividend,prefabricated buildings develop very rapidly,the penetration rate of prefabricated buildings gradually increases,and the construction area of prefabricated buildings continues to increase.As an industry with frequent safety accidents,it is necessary to study the safety management of prefabricated construction,and the evaluation of safety management level is an important part of safety management.It is of great significance to clarify the evaluation factors of safety management level of prefabricated construction which are different from the general cast-in-place concrete construction,and to establish a perfect evaluation index system and scientific evaluation method.In addition,the safety problem can be managed as a kind of hidden cost through lean construction concept,so the introduction of lean construction has injected new vitality into the research on safety management of prefabricated construction.Based on the research of prefabricated construction,safety management,and lean construction theories,this paper uses text mining methods to analyze the investigation report of safety accidents in housing construction projects,and initially identifies high-frequency vocabularies that have a strong relationship with safety accidents.The results show that the occurrence of safety accidents in housing construction projects is closely related to the awareness and behavior of personnel.At the same time,good on-site safety management is of great significance to eliminating safety hazards.In addition,regular safety education and training,strict implementation of safety production responsibilities,and regular safety inspections will greatly reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.Starting from the causes of construction safety accidents,combined with the sorting and summary of relevant documents and standards,the inverse factors affecting the safety of prefabricated building construction were inferred,and a total of 27 factors that affect the construction safety of prefabricated buildings have been initially identified from the five aspects of personnel,materials and equipment,technology,construction environment,and management.Subsequently,based on the data collected by the questionnaire survey,a single factor measurement model analysis was carried out to eliminate insignificant influencing factors,and the remaining 21 influencing factors were regarded as the final secondary indicators of the safety management level of the prefabricated building construction;Perform a first-order confirmatory factor analysis to verify that there is a moderate or above correlation between the first-level indicators,and provide a basis for the subsequent second-order confirmatory factor analysis;Based on the second-order confirmatory factor analysis path coefficient,the weight of each index is calculated and determined,and the importance level is sorted to clarify the key points of management in the construction of prefabricated buildings.The cloud model method is used to evaluate the construction safety management level of prefabricated buildings,to realize the direct conversion between qualitative and quantitative,and combined with a prefabricated building case to verify the rationality of the evaluation model.Finally,analyze the similarity between prefabricated building and lean construction,and put forward safety management improvement measures based on lean construction on this basis.The paper has theoretical and practical value for the research in the field of prefabricated construction safety.In terms of safety management,this article uses the structural equation model to identify the important factors of the prefabricated construction safety management level,and provides a certain direction for the actual project management;In terms of safety management level evaluation,the cloud model is adopted to effectively solve the problem of ambiguity and randomness in the expert scoring method.The paper contains 37 figures,28 tables,92 references.
