Metro,as a means of urban transportation,has obvious advantages.It not only facilitates passengers' travel,but also greatly alleviates the pressure of urban traffic and improves the level of urbanization to a certain extent.However,with the rapid development of Metro construction,while providing convenience for people,Metro has also caused a series of metro operation accidents,and the safety of metro operation has increasingly attracted people's attention.Because of the closed environment and heavy passenger flow,there must be many risk factors in the operation of the subway.Once a safety accident is induced,it will certainly endanger people's life and safety.Using practical methods,we can make a scientific and systematic evaluation of the operation safety of the subway,and find hidden dangers in the operation of the subway,which is of great significance to prevent the occurrence of accidents in the operation of the subway.Metro operation safety risk assessment involves personnel,machinery and equipment,management and other aspects.There are many risk factors and the relationship between them is complex.Based on this situation,before carrying out the risk assessment of metro operation safety,the risk assessment index should be selected objectively and reasonably,and the weight of the index can reflect the objective reality,help managers make scientific decisions,and take effective preventive measures to reduce the probability of accidents.This paper attempts to introduce network analysis method,system dynamics and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and take Qingdao Metro Line 2 as an example to carry out the risk assessment of metro operation safety.Firstly,this paper analyses the status quo of safety risk research and the status quo of metro operation safety research at home and abroad,and points out the shortcomings of existing research methods;through statistical analysis of metro operation accidents at home and abroad in the past 20 years,it shows the urgency of the current research on metro operation safety evaluation;secondly,by analyzing the characteristics of metro operation safety risk evaluation problems,it finds that the traditional risk evaluation methods are biased.The systematic,complex and qualitative analysis of the risk evaluation index system neglects the relevance,dynamics and fuzziness of the problem itself,while the network analysis method can realize the correlation analysis between the evaluation indexes,the system dynamics can complete the fluctuation test of the index weight,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used as a supplement to complete the study of the problem.Face evaluation;Then introduce the theory of social technology system to analyze the cause mechanism of metro operation accidents.On the basis of consulting a large number of literature,this paper preliminarily constructs the risk evaluation index system of this paper.In view of the problems of semantic repetition and fewer times in thepreliminary screening evaluation index,this paper uses grey statistics method to optimize the evaluation index,and finally forms objective and reasonable risk.Finally,it tries to construct a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model system,and combines Qingdao Metro Line 2 as an example,carries out single factor and overall fuzzy comprehensive evaluation respectively,and puts forward practical suggestions based on the evaluation results.This paper provides a new idea for the study of metro operation safety risk assessment.
