| With the improvement of mechanization level of coal mining in our country,higher requirements are put forward.Changping Mine bottom roadway rock drivage for excavation,slow speed,low efficiency,the direct effect of gas drainage in coal seam 3#,thereby affecting the 3#coal mining efficiency,therefore,scientific and reasonable quick rock drivage mechanization production line is an important guarantee to achieve high efficiency coal mine tunneling.The paper is based on the rock mechanics parameters of the bottom roadway are tested,and the problems existing in the field application are analyzed;In the drilling and blasting method and blasting theory,analysis of rock burst,the degree of difficulty to distinguish between types of rock tunnel excavation blasting,determining the stratum rock blasting,through theoretical calculation of blasting parameters,six kinds of blasting design,combined with ANSYS LS-DYNA numerical simulation analysis,to determine the two optimal blasting scheme,using formal cycle operation and multi process parallel cross operation of scientific and reasonable construction organization and management methods,the working face of 4306 bottom alley industrial test site,through the analysis of tunneling efficiency comparison,the blasting tunneling efficiency is the fastest,and ultimately the formation of drill mounted unit quick rock drivage mechanization operating lineThe industrial test showed that the reasonable rock excavation equipment selection,r ock blasting layer selection,advanced blasting technology and reasonable construction org anization,effectively improve the advance per round rock drivage,reduce large quantity,realize the rapid excavation of 4306 face bed plate roadway. |
