In dry granulation slag,slag flow and water cooling rotary speed determines the slag granulation degree,compared to the water-cooled rotary speed is difficult to achieve precise control of slag flow size can be achieved by controlling the liquid level of slag.Through theoretical calculation,the main parameters of constant flow device components to determine the 3D model by using SolidWorks software,strength check and analysis using ANSYS software to prove the rationality of the strength of the container,the device design,to ensure the smooth progress of the test dry granulation.The main contents of this research are as follows:(1)Based on the existing plant slag volume design of slag containing device,and with reference to tipper model design factory for new tilting device.Firstly,referring to the existing thickness model of slag ladle heat-resistant material,material selection and thickness design of heat-resistant material are carried out;secondly,with the volume of container surrounded by heat-resistant material,the slag container is designed,and the newly designed model is named swing flow trough;when the slag flows out of swing flow trough,the flow rate is difficult to control,and the falling point of slag is not fixed,the slag-contacting tank is designed to meet the constant flux and fixed flux of slag.The requirement of landing point;the welding seam and trunnion were checked,and the hydraulic cylinder was designed.(2)After the model of swing flow tank and slag tank is drawn by using three-dimensional drawing software,the thermal stress coupling analysis and static stress analysis of the model are carried out by using ANSYS software,and the results are compared and analyzed.The dynamic simulation analysis of the tipping device is carried out to determine that the strength of each component in motion is within the allowable range.Using CFX software to determine the level of slag,and gives the level range,the slag outflow slag pot with flow fluctuate within a certain range.The slag constant flow device is designed and completed.
