With the rapid development of machinery manufacturing and metallurgical industries,welded Slag pots have entered the major metallurgical factories.Due to the development of welded Slag pot started relatively late,the traditional casting slag pot inevitably exist on the casting process many shortcomings.Enterprises in the traditional welding slag pot design process is still based on two-dimensional drawing of the traditional design,mass production,which will result in low efficiency of product design,drawings and modify workload,document management issues such as confusion.This paper presents a customer-driven parametric design of welding slag pot based on SolidWorks software.Solving the problems existing in the design process of welding slag bag through the customized plug-in,The specific research contents are as follows:(1)For solving the traditional casting slag bag there are many,such as manufacturing energy consumption,poor environmental protection,high maintenance costs,short life and other issues,this paper proposes a design method of welding slag pot structure.Adopting the modular design concept,it provides the model foundation for the following finite analysis and parametric design.(2)In order to ensure the performance and functional requirements of the product design process,this paper through the finite element analysis of welded slag bags,give full consideration to the influence of slag bag under both high temperature and load.In order to ensure the performance and functional requirements of the product design process,this paper through the finite element analysis of welded slag bags,give full consideration to the influence of slag bag under both high temperature and load.(3)In order to solve the problems caused by casting slag bags and to design repetitive design of the products in the process of product design,a parametric design method of welding slag bag driven by customers.The method integrates the assembly and part parametric design methods,and can use cyclic statements and judgment statements to quickly and selectively add all component properties of an assembly.Simultaneously,To provide users with drawing printing capabilities and product diversity of different specifications choose kinetic energy.The analysis of examples shows that the system can meet diversified and personalized customer demands,andimprove the design efficiency of welding slag pot.
