With the aggravation of environmental pollution and increasing national emissions requirements in recent years,more and more power plants in China are coming to realize the significance of renovation of dust collectors.The main power generation entity in our country is still thermal power plant and its' coal-fired units will emit a large amount of harmful pollutants such as smoke and sulfur dioxide.Since the "Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Thermal Power Plants"(GB13223-2011)is latest published,there are still many thermal power plants falling short of the flue gas emission standard.As the leading equipment for dust removal in power plant,it is imperative to improve their efficiency through renovation.Starting from the electric dedusting technology of coal-fired units,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used electrostatic precipitators(ESP),efficiency improvement technologies and the theories of the project post-evaluation,which provides the theoretical basis for the subsequent scheme design,scheme selection and postevaluation of the ESP project.Combing with the operation status of the No.3 ESP in Weifang electric power company,this article also analyzes the problems and causes of the ESP,offering feasible ideas for the design of the dust removal program.Based on the aforementioned,the feasibility of different dust-removal transformation schemes is demonstrated and then two schemes are initially proposed,one is Restorative overhaul of the original dust collector plus High-efficiency power supply and Wet electrical dust precipitator,the other is Rotating electrode type electrostatic precipitator and Wet electrical dust precipitator.Finally,from the technical and economic perspective,a comparative analysis of the two schemes are conducted with taking the actual ESP's operation in Weifang company into consideration.And the reconstruction plan for the electrostatic precipitator is finalized.Based on the features of the ESP retrofit projects in thermal power plants,this thesis selects targeted evaluation indicators and applies fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to carry out the post-benefit evaluation in three aspects: environmental benefits,economic benefits,and social benefits.As the results indicated,the ESP transformation project in Weifang company has advanced to meet the emission standards and achieved good environmental benefits.However,the economic and social benefits still need to be improved.In this paper,the Weifang Company is taken as an example to study the problems of the scheme selection and benefits post-evaluation of the dust collector renovation project,which forms a relatively complete set of dust removal retrofit process and has certain reference significance.
