The most important equipment in the new dry process kiln decomposition system is the cement decomposition furnace,which has many functions such as combustion,heat conduction and decomposition of materials.If the temperature of the furnace mouth becomes too high,it will cause a certain skin condition of the cyclone preheater;if the temperature of the furnace mouth is too low,the carbonate therein will not be fully decomposed.Therefore,on the whole,it is necessary to control the temperature of the furnace mouth to maintain a proper range,which is critical for the stable and reliable operation of the entire system.Based on the T-S fuzzy model of cement decomposition furnace,combined with the basic principle of discrete sliding mode control,the corresponding control parameters are analyzed,and the temperature regulation of the furnace mouth is deeply studied.Funded by the major special project “Key Technology Research and Application of Intelligent Chemical Plants”(2015ZDXX0101F01)and the National Natural Science Foundation of China(61403161),the work of this paper is as follows:(1)In order to accurately control the outlet temperature of the decomposition furnace,an accurate mathematical model of the decomposition furnace needs to be selected.Considering the influencing factors of the outlet temperature of the decomposition furnace,it is necessary to first determine the control variables of the decomposition furnace,and then select the mathematical model that can accurately describe the cement decomposition furnace according to the variables.According to the relevant design standards(GB 50295-2008),combined with the actual staff's operating experience and the production line parameters of a 5000 t / d cement plant,it can be clearly recognized that the amount of coal fed and the amount of feed and the third air temperature have a temperature of the furnace great impact.When the decomposition furnace is working normally,the opening of the tertiary air valve is usually kept at about 30%.Therefore,the T-S fuzzy model with the coal feeding amount and the raw material feeding amount as the input variables is selected as the mathematical model of the cement decomposition furnace,which lays a foundation for the later research on the control of the cement decomposition furnace system based on the T-S fuzzy model.(2)According to the state space description of the cement decomposition furnace system based on T-S fuzzy model introduced in(1),the corresponding control device for the nominal decomposition furnace is established.It should be specially stated that in order to further improve the sliding mode of the system at any position,and the quality is better,the controller must adopt an exponential approach control mode,in order to reduce vibration and reduce the approach.The time and approach law must be set to conform to the adaptive exponential form;and the stability of the sliding surface is verified by Lyapunov theory.Finally,the actual simulation results show that the established controller can be implemented well.Control of the outlet temperature of the decomposition furnace.(3)It should be noted that there are always certain parameter changes and disturbances in the decomposition furnace.Based on this,an anti-interference sliding mode control unit with T-S fuzzy model as the core is established.On the basis of(2),the control architecture of the system under interference is established,and the system has good stability performance.To further increase the anti-interference performance of the whole system,To further increase the anti-interference performance of the whole system,the disturbance observer is designed,and the stability of the sliding surface is high;the results of the whole simulation show that the currently established controller can properly adjust and control the temperature of the decomposition furnace outlet.(4)The software and hardware architecture of the decomposition furnace system is proposed.Combined with the control methods in the project,the automatic control scheme of the decomposition furnace system is given.The design of the automatic control software of the decomposition furnace system is completed,and the software is implemented and good results are achieved.
