| Nowadays,although State-owned companies has decreased it’s proportions,it is still an important part of Chinese social economy.Non-state-owned enterprises are far from enough to support China’s social and economic development.Therefore,once the state-owned enterprises have problems,the blow to China’s economic and society will be unbearable.The government has stressed the importance and urgency of comprehensively deepening reform,and one of its priorities is to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises.Company A is a typical state-owned company in the oil industry.Low oil prices recession oil companies around the world.The whole industry is facing a serious situation.Taking state-owned oil companies as an example,the research can better reflect the great significance of the relevant reform for state-owned enterprises.For many of the reforms,salary system reform is one of the most important part,because it will effect staff’s personal benefits.This paper takes company A as the research object.The main research methods used are documentation method and questionnaires method.Through reviewing and combing relevant materials,relevant theories of compensation management and broadband salary are summarized;A sample survey of employees’ satisfaction with the existing salary system within company A was conducted by using an online questionnaire;The current situation and existing problems of salary system of A state-owned enterprise were analyzed.A broadband salary plan was designed to improve the salary management system of A state-owned enterprise and enhance employee satisfaction.In the last part of the paper,suggestions were put forward to guarantee implementation of new salary plan.That includes the organization support,a comprehensive training plan,further improve the system of human resource management,etc. |
