| The mine hoisting system is the throat produced by the coal mine and is the only channel that connects the coal mine to the ground and the ground.For a single rope winding hoisting system,if wire rope has increased overload,there will be serious hidden dangers of safe operation,which will cause irreversible consequences for personnel and equipment.In view of the existing problems in the tension detection method of wire rope,this paper improves the original detection method,and proposes a tension detection scheme of wire rope based on bearing seat strain.This paper collects and analyses the field data to verify the feasibility of the scheme and calibrates the strain value by string tension.Finally completes the design of load monitoring system of wire rope.Firstly,based on the principle of the bearing seat sensor,this paper proposes a wire rope tension detection method based on the surface strain of the bearing seat.After determining the detection plan,the overall structure of the monitoring system is designed and the selection and installation of the hardware part is completed.Through the preliminary analysis of the data collected on site,it can be considered that the surface strain of the bearing seat conforms to the variation law of the wire rope tension,which proves that the scheme is feasible.Secondly,this paper extracts and analyzes the vibration component of the bearing signal of the bearing seat.In this paper,the single-channel blind source separation method is used to separate the signals of the downlink process and the uplink process.Finally,compared with the string vibration information,the vibration information of the string vibration on the bearing housing is obtained.Then,in order to realize the transformation between bearing seat strain and wire rope tension,the relationship between them must be determined by calibration.According to the vibration model theory of the string,the EMD decomposition and Hilbert transform method are used to analyze the instantaneous frequency of the string signal.The tension of the rope is calculated according to the relationship between the natural frequency and the tension of the string.Finally,the system is calibrated according to the strain change of the unloading section.Finally,this paper further verifies the feasibility of the scheme through static calibration experiments.This paper develops and designs the software part of the monitoring system through LabVIEW,and the monitoring system has the functions of real-time display of wire rope tension,tension alarm,alarm information inquiry,data storage and playback. |
