| In this paper,the side-opening floating valve tray,swirl atomizing tray and the cross-flow structured packing are developed,and the preliminary study on their hydraulic and mass transfer performance was carried out.Including the side-opening valve tray’s pressure drop,clear liquid height,flood point,leakage point,operating flexibility,etc.;The repeated experiment of swirl atomizing tray explored the mass transfer performance under its optimal structure with the ethanol-water system;The experiment of cross-flow structured firstly designed and processed the cross-flow device,then studied the pressure drop and liquid hold capacity of the cross-flow structured packing.The results showed that,(1)The side-opening float valve tray experiment: the pressure drop of the T1(Guide tooth shape)tray under the low F factor is higher than the T2(Flat-plate)tray,As the F factor increases,the increase rate of the pressure drop of the T2 tray is highly than the T1 tray;the total tray pressure drop of the T1 tray is lower than the T2 tray by 15.4% on average;The operating flexibility of the T2 tray is higher than the T1 tray approximately 12%.(2)Swirl atomizing tray experiment: For the ethanol rectification process,swirl atomizing tray is in the high-efficiency mass transfer state when the F factor is between 1.5 and 3.5;The design of its structure is rational,and its mass transfer efficiency is increased by about 10% compared with the vertical sieve.(3)Cross-flow structured packing experiment: The designed cross-flow device can achieve the expected effect of the experiment and support a stable gas-liquid cross-flow staggered contact situation;the dry packing pressure drop of the cross-flow structured packing is reduced by 31% compared with the counter-flow 250 Y packing. |
