Intelligent unmanned chemical factory is one of the development directions of intelligent manufacturing.CNC machine tools are the core processing equipment of the factory,and the construction of its remote control system is an important step to realize unmanned processing.In traditional way of machining,workers have to handle machine tools at worksite frequently.When machine tools break down,the process would be stopped for maintenance.Once the number of machine tools gets large,the labor cost of the factory and the work intensity of the workers will zoom up.In consideration of above factors and actual needs of the factory,this article takes the multi-machine tool processing system as the research object in order to realize remote unmanned processing.Through long-term studying on remote control system of CNC machine tools,a remote control system for multi machine tools is proposed,which is integrated with remote control,communication and monitoring functions together.This system has been in service already.The specific work in this thesis includes:1)In view of the status quo of machine tool processing,a set of multi-machine remote processing system is built.The system hardware includes: three dual-spindle high-speed milling machines,two high-speed milling workbenches controlled by the machine tools,and a remotely deployed industrial computer;the system software includes: machine tool driver,background communication program,upper computer interface program.2)In view of the current remote control system for machine tools,it is difficult to achieve complex machine control actions.It is proposed to use the development kit provided by the machine tool manufacturer to carry out the secondary development of the machine tool numerical control system to achieve the purpose of flexible control of the machine tool.3)In view of the communication problem between multiple machine tools and the host computer,the background communication program is introduced as a bridge to connect all the machine tool drivers and the upper host computer interface program,through flexible configuration of the request response,Publish and subscribe,fan-in and fan-out,and exclusive pair message models provided by Zero MQ technology to build an efficient distributed communication system.4)In view of the problem of obtaining equipment status during unmanned processing,a certain remote monitoring function of the machine tool is added to this system to grasp the processing status of the machine tool in real time.Through the above research,this article designed and developed a remote machining system for a high-speed milling station for a company's large-scale steam turbine generator rotor copper row production line project,and realized the integration of this system with the entire production line's position machine system.
