With the rapid development of computer technology, traditional manufacturing has had a large change. Many countries with developing industries allocate large funds for the research of the modern manufacture technologies, and bring forward brand-new manufacture modalities. In the modern manufacturing systems, the availability of the net technologies realizes remote monitoring and remote operating for NC machine. this has an important significance for network manufacturing and remote maintaining for equipment. Along this trend, at present numerical control systems are changing from open control model of special close types to close control model of universal open types.The main researching aim is to study the control technology of remote operating for the NC machine, at the same time to monitor signals of NC machine in the distance. Remote monitoring for signals has two reasons. On the one hand, according to the information of monitored signals, we can learn the situation of NC machine. This is a guarantee for realizing the remote manufacturing control of NC machine smoothly. On the other hand, through analyzing the monitoring signal, we can judge if the NC machine has malfunctions.The content of this research has several aspects, as identified below:First, the manufacturing technology of the NC machine includes CNC program and NC machine's operations. Second, the remote operating and controlling technology of NC machine includes two types of numerical control machines which are:Closed NC system and opened NC system. Each type of machine was further analyzed and gave each realize way. Third, the signal of NC machine is monitored in the distance. Used Labview software to make a virtual instrument, which is an instrument for monitoring signals of vibration and noise. Using this virtual instrument realizes local and real time monitoring for signals of NC machine. Then, the remote computer, which has been fixed the remote monitoring software, controls that virtual instrument, and realizes remote, real time monitoring for signals of NC machine. Forth, to make the system of the remote control and monitoring system for NC machine safer and more perfect than existing one, it is researched networking safe and delay problems, and a simple introduction was gave.Hua Zhong ZJK7532A-I type NC milling machine is the object of this research experiment. This result of the experiment identified above four items to validate the research. First, NC milling machine manufactures a typical part. Second, close type NC machine realizes information's transfer between server and client. Third, for open type NC machine, it is proved that simulating manufacture may truly reflect actual manufacture. Using the simulating way, manufactured the typical part which is the same as the above mentioned. This experiment proves that the way is correct for remote manufacturing control of open type NC machine. Forth, finished the real time monitoring task remotely for the signal of vibration and noise on the Hua Zhong ZJK7532A-I type NC milling machine.
