Research On Standardized Management Mode Of Construction Engineering Safety

With the rapid development of the current social economy,the scale of China's construction industry continues to expand.High-rise buildings,large-span building construction techniques,underground engineering shield construction techniques,etc.are approaching the international advanced level,but the comparison is clearly contrasted.Although China's construction industry technology has developed extremely fast,it has suffered from problems such as safety,quality and cost.Especially for construction projects,safety objectives are an important aspect of project objectives.The realization of safety objectives is not only related to the smooth progress of the project,but also to the life safety of the project participants.Of course.In China's construction engineering city,the security situation is not optimistic,security incidents occur frequently,and personnel and property losses are serious.From the accident,we found that the main cause of the accident was that the safety management mode at the construction site was not comprehensive and the safety measures were not effectively implemented.Therefore,an effective safety standardization management mode has been established for the construction site.It is of great significance to prevent accidents from happening and to ensure the smooth progress of the project.Based on the clarification of safety standardization research,this paper studies the safety standardization management of construction enterprises in construction management based on the characteristics of construction enterprises and construction engineering construction process.Through the understanding and analysis of the safety standardization management theory of construction enterprises,the construction enterprise safety standardization management system was constructed,and combined with the actual situation of Zhengdong New District Xincheng Primary School Project,various measures for the safety standardization management of the project were formulated.Finally,the utilization The analytic hierarchy process is used to extract the safety management evaluation index system of the project and complete its performance evaluation.
