The production of plate is still an indispensable basic material for all sectors of the national economy.Its application fields are wide,so the requirements for the dimensional accuracy and shape of the plate are getting higher and higher,but there are still some shape in the production process.Defects,such as the in-situ production of a steel mill,the occurrence of boring bends(side bends)and wave shapes.Therefore,in-depth research on the shape of the plate,greatly improving the yield of the plate and the quality of the product is an important issue at present.Firstly,it explains the important position of medium and heavy plate in the national economy and the development history of plate mill,and summarizes the problems existing in the rolling and rolling process of plate at home and abroad.At the same time,the related theory of the shape of the plate is summarized in detail,and several common plate defects and their influencing factors are discussed,and a simple discussion on the shape control research is carried out.Secondly,based on the above theory,based on the drawings of a four-roll mill of a steel mill,the finite element model of the plate rolling process was established,and the rolling process was studied by numerical simulation to solve the problem of industrial test inconvenience.To provide theoretical basis and technical support for product optimization in practical problems.In this paper,ANSYS explicit dynamics software is used as the analysis platform to simulate the rolling process of medium and heavy plates.Different rolling conditions are analyzed(refer to the difference of friction coefficient,rolling speed,plate width and reduction).The influence on the shape of the plate,the magnitude and distribution of the residual stress,the difference in the transverse and longitudinal thickness of the strip and the thickness of the strip,etc.,can be known by comparison analysis,increasing the friction coefficient,reducing the amount of reduction and increasing the plate.The width will improve the quality of the plate shape.Through the research in this paper,it can provide good technical support for the selection of plate rolling parameters on the basis of improving the shape quality,and also the improvement of the shape quality.The significance,combined with the problem of sickle bend and wave defect in the actual production of a factory,discussed the factors affecting these defects,and verified some influencing factors through finite element software.Finally,through the above research and analysis,it can be concluded that,within a certain range,increasing the friction coefficient and reducing the plate width and reduction of the blank are very advantageous for improving the lateral and longitudinal plate shape of the plate.Through the research in this paper,the theoretical basis and technical support for improving the quality of plate and the selection of parameters in the rolling process are provided.
