Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,China has gradually moved from a large agricultural country to a large industrial country.In the 1950 s and 1960 s,to respond to the government's call for developing heavy industry actively,various enterprises have set up their factories.Equipment is the focus of industrial operation.After introducing of Point Inspection system during last century,the accident rate of equipment has been greatly reduced,which has created enormous economic benefits for enterprises.Various situations show that this management method is scientific and developable.With the rapid development of modern science and technology,the automaticity of modern production lines in heavy industry enterprises is getting higher and higher.Traditional spot-check mode is making it increasingly difficult to meet evolving demand of modern equipment.Therefore,the traditional mode of spot-check was forced to be reformed.On the premise of cooperation between Baotou Iron and Steel Group and Shanghai Tuyi Testing Technology Co.,Ltd.,this paper takes rare earth steel sheet plant as the background,and combines with the actual situation of spot inspection of 2250 Hot rolling production line equipment in rare earth steel sheet plant.The equipment spot inspection management system based on state detection,data mining applications in Big Data.In this paper,combined with the equipment operation status of 2250 Hot rolling production line and the existing problems of current equipment spot inspection methods,the traditional spot inspection method has gradually failed to match with the requirements of the increasingly developed modern production line.Through understanding the actual needs of the site,the modern spot inspection method is put into the spot inspection system,and the task of spot inspection is sent to the convenience by using the Internet of Things technology.In the portable hand-held spot checker,the daily task of spot checking is carried out,and the results of spot checking are managed by the spot checking system.Through the combination of on-line detection method and manual off-line detection method,the equipment is managed and monitored correctly,and the spot inspection management system is regarded as a part of the equipment spot inspection.More system data are integrated by means of information technology.By analyzing the deterioration curve formed in the operation of the equipment,the equipment fault is predicted and predicted in the process of operation.Judgment,effective avoidance of accidents,intelligentdiagnosis and management of equipment failure can effectively increase the service life of equipment,reduce the maintenance cycle of equipment,reduce spare parts maintenance costs and spare parts.At the same time,the traces of all operations are managed,the historical data are collected and analyzed,and the alarm value of the current equipment status is generated in time.The intelligent spot inspection system can gradually replace the old spot inspection mode,which not only improves the safety factor of spot inspection,but also increases the efficiency of spot inspection.Intelligent spot inspection management system can make full use of the information collected by on-line and off-line spot inspection,accurately and detailedly judge the running state of equipment,so as to maintain and pre-maintain the equipment accurately.Finally,Intelligent spot inspection management system can be used to prolong the life cycle of equipment,save production costs,improve production efficiency and effectively improve the economic efficiency of enterprises Benefit.
