Application Research On Equipment Spot Inspection Management Information System

With the development of the times, enterprise informatization is the inevitable trend. Effective management will provide vast power to the enterprise's development. Relative to the metallurgical industry, equipment inspection management plays a very important role in enterprises. That systematic modern information inspection system has given strong support to enterprise equipment repair in equipment management. Informatization is that how to improve the level of equipment check system to make it reach the international standard, and also reach a modern enterprise goal. Information is the effective way to reach the goal.This paper mainly focused on one metallurgy enterprise named L factory's equipment inspection management information system construction to realization of the system of equipment spot inspection and other aspects of the problem. It systematically summarized the development status of equipment check system, reviewed the application, and posed some problems of equipment Spot-inspection model optimization in this paper. Discussed how to make full use of information technology, mainly to realize the repair activities of scientific organization, efficient management, and maximized the maintenance of production equipment on good technical condition in this paper. It is important to use repair theory research results, further tap the potential of equipment management, and improve equipment maintenance work efficiency, as well as to repair economic activities for guidance at the same time.Firstly, the paper analyzed the current situation of L factory's equipment and the existing problems of equipment spot inspection management, and noticed the importance of establishment of equipment inspection management system. Secondly, it studied the relationship between equipment inspection management system and information, and it discussed how to use information technology to make and modify plan method, besides research the system of equipment of spot. It also researches the equipment inspection management system of M power plant to know the system can be used widely. Finally, it summarized the research work, and pointed out where need to be further perfected and improved.
