Research On Production And Reporting System Of Mobile Terminal For Single-Piece And Small-Batch Casting Enterprise

In foundry enterprises,production reporting is a very important part in the process of casting blank processing.In the existing fixed terminal mode of single-piece and smallbatch foundry enterprises,workers need to carry quality tracking cards to and fro between processing equipment and fixed terminals for many times,the cards are then re-released and matched to the castings.The whole process is not only cumbersome and inefficient,but also prone to mismatch.In order to simplify the reporting process,improve the efficiency of reporting and reduce the mismatch,this thesis designs and implements a mobile production reporting system for single-piece and small-batch casting enterprises based on InteCast ERP.First,the development needs of the mobile production reporting system are analyzed.By analyzing the current production reporting methods and their respective advantages and disadvantages,the thesis introduces the introduction of mobile phones into production reporting,and clarifies the design direction of the system from three aspects: system overall requirements,functional requirements and characteristic requirements.Among them,the overall needs include system architecture,system interface,system security,etc.;functional requirements include system login/logout,production reporting,reporting acceptance,report/acceptance records,etc.;characteristic requirements include intelligent process screening and multi-card reporting/acceptance.Secondly,the mobile production reporting system was designed and implemented.Among them,the system design includes system architecture design,system module design and system business process design;system implementation includes system module implementation and system features implementation.The system mainly includes six modules of system login/logout,production report,report records,report acceptance,acceptance records,and covering production report,report cancellation,report acceptance,report/acceptance records query and other basic functions.Finally,implement and deploy this mobile production reporting system in a singlepiece and small-batch casting enterprise.The application results show that compared with the fixed terminal reporting mode,the operating steps of the system are reduced by 4 steps from 8 steps,the average reporting time is reduced by more than half,the system utilization rate is 70%,and the production reporting efficiency is improved by 2~3 times.Therefore,it breaks through the limitations of the fixed terminal reporting mode,and solves the problem of reporting pains such as cumbersome reporting,inefficiency,and mismatching.
