Human resource management is a very important part of the operation and management of foundry enterprises.The foundry enterprises usually choose a universal human resource management system.However,the current universal human resource management system with rich functions has poor secondary development;it lacks professional casting management and control modules such as occupational disease protection and special post certification;and it is not integrated with the casting ERP system and attendance punch system,resulting in data for each system Redundant,inconsistent,and difficult to maintain.Therefore,based on the existing flexible casting ERP system(Inte Cast ERP)platform of the research group,this paper designs and develops a set of human resources management system dedicated for foundry enterprises,and applies it to an aviation titanium alloy precision casting enterprise.The main work is as follows.Firstly,the research status and trends of human resource management system,foundry human resource system and integration with ERP system are discussed.The functional requirements,non-functional requirements,characteristic requirements and role requirements of the specialized human resource management system of foundry enterprises are analyzed in detail.Among them,functional requirements include management requirements such as archives,salary,attendance,certificates,training,recruitment,cadre performance,and organizational chart;characteristic requirements include foundry professional business management,salary encryption,attendance system integration,ERP system integration,etc.Then,a set of casting-specific human resource management system-Inte Csat HRM was designed and developed,and three key technologies used to develop the system were described: flexible technology,encryption technology and integration technology.Amongthem,the system development includes the development of archives,salary,attendance,certificates,training,recruitment,cadre performance,organizational chart and other management modules.Encryption technology is a kind of bottom data encryption method for information systems created in this article,which is a key technology to realize the encryption and storage of sensitive data such as salary in the system in the database and prevent system administrators from looking up.Finally,the developed system was applied to an aviation titanium alloy casting company,replacing the simple human resource management system used by the company many years ago.After more than one year of application,the results show that compared with the old general-purpose simple system for controlling 24 sub-modules,the new foundry professional system has realized 127 sub-module business management and control,including general-purpose human resource management business and foundry professional management business,the problems of difficult secondary development of general system and lack of business control were solved;It has realized the integration and integrated control of the ERP system and the attendance punch system used by the enterprise,and solved the problems of data redundancy,inconsistency and difficult maintenance in multiple systems.
