The performance of NC machine tool servo system not only directly affects the machining accuracy of the machine, but also relates to the ability of NC machining. And the performance of the servo system depends largely on the NC machine tool manufacturers can set the control parameters of the control system according to their specific mechanical system. The adjustment of the traditional servo feed system is usually carried out on the response speed of the single axis. But in the actual application of the machine tool axis and multi axis machining, Even if the performance of each axis has reached a good, due to the interaction between the axis and produce a larger profile error,it unable to meet the requirements of high precision contour processing. Therefore, the matching and optimization of servo parameters of each feed axis can achieve a good contour machining accuracy.At first, in the paper, the research status of servo feed system optimization is summarized. Then the architecture of multi axis parameter optimization system of CNC system based on android is proposed. The realization of remote communication between android client and CNC system based on RCS library, android client reads the status messages of the CNC system, get the position data of two motion axis and draw the trajectory profile. Then the roundness measurement method is studied, and the optimization scheme of servo parameters is given, the least square method is used to obtain the reference circle of the measured profile, and then the roundness error of the measured profile can be calculated. Finally, according to the calculation results, the servo position loop gain is adjusted, After that get the position data again, draw the track profile, the rationality and validity are verified by the results.The multi axis parameter optimization system proposed in this paper, not only to achieve the remote read messages within the NC system, can also analyze the matching degree of multi axis CNC system parameters, and finally the experimental results also confirmed the feasibility of the system.
