With the rapid increase in the number of private cars in China,and people's awareness of environmental protection has gradually increased.Environmental protection and low fuel consumption have become an urgent problem for the development of automobiles,the engine intake pressurization technology provides an effective way to solve this problems.Due to the maturity and popularity of the turbocharging technology,the demand for the impeller of the core parts of the supercharger is increasing rapidly year by year.The market is in urgent need of a special five axis CNC machine tool for rapid machining of this high precision impeller.This paper according to the type,shape,size,precision,material characteristic of the automobile turbocharger impeller,as well as machining time,economy and area of the machine tool,to analyzed in functional planning and overall performance of this special five-axis CNC machine tools.Analyzed the goal precision of this machine tools,Processing time,price,etc.,and give all the key components to structural optimization and precision design,reliability analysis,etc.The overall layout of the machine tool has a critical impact to the overall rigidity,the structure reliability,economy and precision keeping,the system through the benchmarking study and comparison of foreign advanced similar machine tools,to selection and optimization of its structure.The choice of the main performance parameters of the machine represents the advanced nature of the machine tool,and also determines the processing rhythm of the machine tool if meet the needs of the factory mass production.The paper on the basis of referring to the advanced machine tools at home and abroad,the main performance parameters of machine tools are determined by calculation of machining times and application of lean production.This paper use Pro/E software to establish the 3D model,and determine five axis machining system of the supercharger impeller main structure,to analysis the drive mechanism principle,perfect mechanism design.Determined the installation form of bearings and screw,the design principle and structural elements of the key parts of the machine tool are briefly analyzed.The analysis and optimization of the main structural models are carried out by using ANSYS software.Ensure that the strength and rigidity of the main structure can meet the demand of processing.
