Integral impeller is a typical complex surface part in mechanical manufacturing industry,which is widely used in aerospace,energy and power fields.In five axis NC machining,feed rate has an important impact on machining accuracy,surface quality and machining efficiency.Therefore,feed rate planning is of great significance and value.In this Paper,we will mainly study the feed speed optimization of impeller five axis NC side milling.Meanwhile,we will put forward some method ro optimize the prexious one,in order lto provide valuable theoretical basis and reference for its actual production.The solid modeling of the impeller blade will be built by means of the 3D modeling software.and the free-form curve and surface modeling technology.Meanwhile,we will fornmulate the processing route of the whole impeller.Using processing module of the 3D modeling software,we will plan the tool path of the whole impeller,and obtain the NC code of the numerical control program,to lay foundation for the subsequent processing simulation.Based on the comparative and analysis of advantages and disadvantages of commonly used acceleration and deceleration control algorithms in CNC system,we will propose a five segment polynomial acceleration and deceleration control algorithm based on sine function transition.After stimulated analysis of the trapezoidal acceleration and deceleration,S-type acceleration and deceleration,and five segment polynomial acceleration and deceleration control algorithms,we will get such a result that the five segment polynomial acceleration and deceleration control algorithm has the advantage of continuous and stable change in speed,acceleration,acceleration and acceleration,which can reduce the flexible impact of the system and ensure the surface processing accurate,surface high-quality and processing efficient.In view of the problem that the traditional speed planning only plans the translational axis,which leads to the rotation axis exceeding the limit,this Paper proposes a control algorithm to replan the angular velocity and angular acceleration constraints of the rotation axis.Based on the mathematical analysis software,the speed planning development module is established,and the five segment polynomial acceleration and deceleration control algorithm is written into the program to plan the feed speed command in the NC code.The simulation machining is carried out in VERICUT software.The simulation machining results show that the machining accuracy and efficiency of impeller can be significantly improved.
