| Since the end of 2012,large and medium-sized cities in all regions of China have been affected by haze and other bad weather.Large numbers of environmentalists and meteorologists have investigated the environmental pollution from this large-scale outbreak.The causes of haze,the related chemical conditions and molecular structure of haze were analyzed.Through a lot of research,the main cause of haze is the interaction of carbides,sulfides and nitrides,so the main pollutants of haze are sulfur dioxide,carbon dioxide and some nitrogen molecules.Therefore,the focus of this paper is starting from the major pollutants sulfur dioxide this haze of this background,analysis of the national industrial structure adjustment effect on SO2emissions resulting from the angle of industrial economics.Thus,reducing emissions of SO2,make the corresponding research results for the rational optimization of the industrial structure.This paper based on the analysis of the status quo of sulfur dioxide emissions.The first step is to determine the number of sulfur species in various provinces and cities in the energy industry.The second step of the division is on the 42 industrial sectors according to the calculation results,the use of sulfur energy and more main Statistics Division of the sulfur dioxide emission intensity of small clean industry.The last step is the sulfur dioxide emission coefficient industry return operation of sulfur dioxide emissions coefficient according to the division of the industry after the data.Secondly,based on collation and co-ordination of relevant industrial structure optimization and adjustment,the control of overall research direction and route is carried out based on the research of input and output corresponding classical modeling methods and statistical measurement methods.On the theoretical basis,we choose the national input and output table as the overall framework background,from the total sulfur dioxide emissions and energy consumption in different provinces and cities.The multi-objective optimization model is chosen as the basic model of the overall structure optimization,and the fitting is adjusted according to the actual demand.Then,the LDMI factorization model is selected to decompose the industrial structure into four parts,namely,four macro factors:the scale of the various industries,the industry structure of the whole country,the technology level of the various industries in the country,and the energy structure of all sectors of the country.The corresponding results of the adjustment of various industrial structures on the use of sulfur containing energy and the emission of sulfur dioxide have been obtained.Therefore,the multi-objective model optimization is carried out after the corresponding management requirements are formulated.Finally,the results of the model are analyzed and tested.Finally according to the corresponding optimized target,namely industrial part of the industry on SO2 emission contribution rate is very high compared to the service industry,vigorously develop the service industry can provide larger room for sulfide reduction,oxidation of sulfur emissions reduction and puts forward two adjustments to the specific industry and industry structure optimization. |
