In the industrial environment,electronic products account for an increasing proportion in our daily life and work.Electromagnetic radiation and pollution are increasing at the same time.People can reduce the electromagnetic radiation in the working environment by wearing the anti-radiation frock suit,order to achieve the protective effect.There are many studies about the radiation protection,but the most of these researchs are studying in the development of radiation protection materials and fabric testing.And the research on the relationgship between radiation protection frock structure and clothing shielding efficiency is less.Certainly,the lack of perfect professional evaluation standard of radiation protection clothing is also in the market.The products use fabric shielding effectiveness instead of radiation protection clothing shielding effectiveness.It is not convenient for the customer to choose satisfying suit.In this paper,draw a conclusion that radiation protection clothing shielding effectiveness is not only associated with the shielding effectiveness of fabric,but also concerned clothing structure through the understanding of electromagnetic radiation related theory,analysis and research of fabric and the principle of clothing electromagnetic shielding.Then the paper summarizes the relevant standards of radiation protection materials,the calculation method of clothing shielding effectiveness and the characteristics of protective clothing.These theories lay the foundation for the study of the radiation resistance of different structuresOn the basis of the above theory,it is necessary to choose a metal blended fabric with high cost performance based on the requirement of good shielding effectiveness and good performance.Through the related literature summary and study,combined with human ergonomics and influence factor of clothing exposed area,to determine the factors that influence the clothing shielding effectiveness.Finally,the study of anti-radiation frock shielding effectiveness from the following aspects,such as collar,length,loose quantity,cuff,and fabric level of clothing.In this paper,the minimum structure requirements of C class protective suits are found by grouping comparison experiment.Through the analysis of extreme difference,the optimal clothing structure of short wave,ultrashort wave and microwave is selected,and determine the main factors that influence the effectiveness of clothing shielding in the anti-radiation frock structure.Eventually choose the main factors of suit structure and the fabric shielding effectiveness in different frequency range.Through multiple regression analysis,draw the corresponding regression model,it can provide reference basis for people to choose the corresponding anti-radiation frock in different working environment.
