With the prevalence of the mobile Internet in recent years,the sharing economy has become a hot trend.People rely on Internet platforms and technologies to maximize the use of idle social resources.Shared Travel is an important aspect of the sharing economy,and the development of carpooling has caught the attention and favor of many people because of its mutually beneficial and environment-friendly sharing economy model.The period from 2015 to 2018 was a period of rapid growth in the downwind market,and the downwind market reached its peak.After 2018,with Didi carpooling off-line rectification,the carpooling industry tends to develop rationally,and women’s travel safety issues have been placed on the table.This topic comes from the optimization and upgrading project of female safety assistance of Beijing Didi infinite Technology Development Co.,Ltd.Didi free ride is a compelling platform based on similar path matching and sharing provided by Didi platform for private car owners and passengers.In view of the vicious crime against women that happened on the hitchhike platform,Didi hitchhike launched the function of female security assistant in December 2019.The purpose of this project is to optimize the iterative design of the female online security assistance function,collect the feedback of female users according to the full line of female users,enhance the role of security protection,and enhance the safety perception of users.Based on the user experience design process of double drill model,the design process consists of four stages: exploration,definition,development and delivery.The exploration stage is mainly to analyze the current female security assistant products,understand the existing problems,and summarize the functions,interaction logic and user experience process of the competing products,so as to explore the common needs of female users for security perception in the free ride scenario.The definition is mainly aimed at female users of Didi hitchhiker to carry out systematic exploration and analysis.Through user research,the behavior patterns of female users of Didi hitchhiker are deeply understood,so as to find the safety demands of women in the hitchhiker scene,and two iterative design strategies are proposed.Development refers to the user experience model based on CUBI in the design process,which divides the security functions of female security assistance into four experience types: 1.Security functions optimally based on practical experience;2.Security functions optimally based on complete experience;3.Security functions optimally based on ease of use experience;4.Based on the emotional experience of security function optimization to complete the interaction design and visual design of female security assistance.Finally,the usability test is conducted,and a new iterative optimization strategy is proposed and delivered.The research content of this paper subdivides the current situation of women’s travel safety under the loose riding scenario.By combing the demand level of women’s safety and the user experience process,this paper puts forward the iterative direction of women’s safety assistant and improves the Didi free riding user experience process. |
