With the increasing human activities and natural factors such as climate change,the problem of land desertification and desertification in China has become more prominent.Under the premise of inadequate land resources,insufficient food supply and population explosion,how to effectively use the resources of the sand area and improve the ecological environment conditions has become a hotspot for scholars to study.In recent years,many places have proved that the development of sand industry,especially the ecological industry,is an effective way to control desertification and poverty.The assessment of resource and environmental carrying capacity is a prerequisite for the development of ecological industries in the sand area.It can be used to judge whether the regional development of social economy and the allocation of environment are reasonable.This paper takes Ulan Buh ecological sand industry high-tech industrial development zone(referred to as high-tech zone)as the research object,and uses the pyramid principle and MECE principle in management to analyze the four subsystems;the SD model of the study area simulates the change of resource and environmental carrying capacity in the sand industry high-tech zone under two different schemes,analyzes the results and proposes strategies and suggestions for improving the resource and environmental carrying capacity of the study area.Research indicates:(1)from 2014 to 2018,the resource and environmental carrying capacity of the high-tech zone showed an increasing trend year by year,and the carrying capacity index rose rapidly from 0.26 to 0.70;(2)the water supply and demand difference is always upright from 2014 to 2024.Although it is not necessary to call water resources from outside,it is also necessary to raise water-saving awareness,such as strengthening water-saving irrigation technology,drought-resistant and water-saving physiological genetic breeding technology,etc.(3)by changing the values of the control variables,two scenarios of status continuation and coordinated development were developed.In the initial stage,the status continuation model has obvious advantages;but it can be met,by 2024,the coordinated development model surpasses the status continuation model and becomes a reasonable solution suitable for the development of the park.This paper studies the resource and environmental carrying capacity of the Ulan Buh Industrial Park,and discusses the relationship between resources and economy in the sand area,which is of practical significance for the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to build a base for sand control and development of sand industry. |
