The step-type heating furnace is the core equipment of the steel industry,and its main task is to heat the billet to meet the rolling line rolling process requirements.As an important part of the steel rolling process,the heating furnace directly affects the quality of the final product.The furnace is often subjected to external disturbances during the production process,such as changes in the production rhythm,changes in the type of blanks,etc.In addition,the heating furnace control system has the characteristics of nonlinearity,large inertia and pure lag.It is difficult to meet the control requirements of the heating furnace by using the traditional combustion control strategy.Therefore,the research on advanced furnace combustion control system has important theoretical significance and engineering value for promoting the sustainable development of the steel industry.In this thesis,the walking beam heating furnace of Loudi Lianyuan Iron and Steel Company of Hunan Province is taken as the research object,and a combustion control system based on double cross limiter control is proposed,and the corresponding software and hardware are designed.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the process requirements of the walking beam heating furnace and the specific requirements of the combustion control are introduced.The control strategies of the existing heating furnace are analyzed: double loop ratio control,single cross limiter control and double cross limiter control strategy.Secondly,according to the characteristics of large inertia and pure hysteresis in the combustion control process of the furnace,combined with the PID control algorithm,the simulation analysis of the dual-loop ratio control system and the double-crossing limiter control system is carried out to determine the control strategy of the combustion control system.-Double cross limiter control.Then use Siemens S7-1500 PLC as the development platform for the heating furnace control system.According to the design requirements of the furnace combustion control system,the PLC hardware is selected and the hardware configuration is completed.The design of the walking beam heating furnace control system is designed,including combustion control,furnace temperature control,air-fuel ratio control,furnace pressure control and safety interlock system design.Finally,the Siemens WinCC configuration software is used to design the heating furnace control monitoring interface.Since the system was put into operation for one year,the heating furnace control system has been running stably,improving fuel utilization rate,reducing pollutant emissions,and meeting national energy conservation and emission reduction standards.The system improves the economic efficiency of the step-type heating furnace and has good promotion and utilization value.
